Short Description: Install Small Koger Sunshade
The canopy still needs a fiberglass transition at the front, from the acrylic to the forward top skin so there's still a bunch of tape visible for awhile. I followed Koger instructions to clean the canopy, especially the adhesive contact area with denatured alcohol. Center a run of black electrical tape on the outside centerline to use as an adhesive attachment guide from inside. Took the time to clean up the canopy to make it shine too. The attachments are 3M body tape and they securely hold the aluminum channel, once you take the time to form the contour while you were outside, on top of the tape. I rolled 6 inch sections over a 4 inch pvc pipe with slight pressure to get to the exact contour of the canopy. Go inside, lock it down and peel all attachent covers off the aluminum. Start at the rear top and while keeping the channel generally aligned with the black tape, press and hold the rear-most attachment. Work foward but do not let the channel wander off center from the tape as you continue pressing along forward. Go back and press/rub each one and it becomes solid. The ribs are numbered. One at a time slide them on and slightly bend the ends to conform to the canopy shape. Finally, take them out, slip the material on, and reinstall. Once its in place, after twisting the material to fit properly, apply small amount to instant glue to the rib/material near the middle where they rest. This slight attachment keeps the material from drifting off the wire ribs later. Don't screw up your canopy with that glue.

Final formed the ''ribs'' to match canopy curve.

Put together outside and then slipped each rib in place.
