The FAA appointed DAR came to KFTW and inspected N13NG for airwirthiness. At the end of the Airworthiness Inspection, the DAR proclaimed 'this plane is airworthy', and issued N13NG an Sepecial Airworthiness Certificate and Operating Limitations. Now it's time to reinstall al of the access panels and cowling for the start of Phase 1.
