Short Description: Left tank assembly – fuel/drain flange (18-5)

With the stiffeners done for the left tank and a 1” thin nose yoke, I proceeded to seal/install the fuel flange and drain flange. The drain flange I could do with the 4” thin nose yoke, but the fuel flange needed to reach in through the inside of the cap flange to set the rivets. I could have done it with the buking bar, but it would have been hard to hold with the skin not secured. I taped everything pretty well so it came out not too messy.
